1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Heirloom4Life service operated by Reviya A.I Technologies LTD (Israeli company registration no. 517319281) ("we", "us", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reviya A.I Technologies LTD operates the Heirloom4Life service, providing AI-powered voice preservation and storytelling. We enable users to record, preserve, and share their voice and stories using artificial intelligence technology.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including voice recordings and stories. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate another person without consent, to distribute harmful content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the account deletion page.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, except that you and Reviya A.I Technologies LTD each reserve the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual-property or confidential information.

Consumers in the United States. Nothing in this section deprives a U.S. consumer of any non-waivable rights or remedies available under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of their state of residence — including, without limitation, the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act (CUBI), and the Florida Digital Bill of Rights. To the extent any such law gives you a right that cannot be waived by contract, that right prevails over the Israeli forum and choice-of-law provisions above to the minimum extent required by law, and you may bring an action enforcing those non-waivable rights in the courts of your state of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

9. Payments & Refunds

Subscriptions and credit bundles are billed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled per our refund policy and applicable consumer-protection law; contact support@heirloom4life.com to request a refund.
