If your microphone isn't working:
- Check browser permissions (Settings β Privacy β Microphone)
- Ensure your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) is up to date
- Try a different browser if issues persist
- On mobile, make sure the Heirloom app has microphone access
π Login Problems
Can't access your account?
- Try the "Forgot Password" link on the login page
- Check your spam folder for password reset emails
- Clear browser cache and cookies, then try again
- Contact support if you're still locked out

Voice cloning eligibility:
- Requires at least 3 minutes of clear audio recording
- Best results with 10+ minutes of varied speech
- Check your audio minutes collected in Settings β Voice Cloning
- Voice clones typically process within 24-48 hours

Having trouble with the iOS or Android app?
- Make sure you have the latest app version from the App Store / Play Store

- For syncing issues, log out and log back in

Questions about sharing memoirs with family?
- Go to your memoir β Settings β Share with Family
- Enter family member's email address to grant read access
- They'll receive an invitation email with access instructions
- You can revoke access anytime from the same settings page
